Biscuit Cake with Bananas Recipe


5 pcs eggs
200g sugar
20g vanilla
200g plain yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
300g of flour
20 g butter
200 ml whipping cream
100 ml condensed milk
5 bananes

Making a cake layer:

Preheat oven to 360°F/180°C

1. Whip the eggs and sugar with whisk or electric mixer until mixture is pale
2. Add vanilla
3. Combine baking soda and yogurt, add to the egg mixture and
mix everything well
4. Add the flour in batches and fold the mixture with the spoon or spatula, otherwise, if using mixer cake would not rise during baking
6.Pour batter into the pre-greased pan and bake for 20 min in 360°F/180°C
7. Remove from the oven and let it cool
8. Carefully cut out middle of the cake about 1-2 cm deep and crumble it.

Making a filling:

Place heavy cream in a bowl and beat with whisk or electric mixer until thick, continue to beat and gradually add condensed milk and whip until well combined.

Arranging the cake:

1. Spread ready filling on the cake
2. Arrange sliced bananas on the cake
3. Cover with cake crumbles
4. Melt the chocolate and sprinkle top of the cake
