It’s easy to make, it’s raw, it’s vegan and so ridiculously delicious and decadent.

This recipe is from my brilliant friend Shima Shimizu from Sesame Kitchen in Hong Kong. I’ve adapted her recipe slightly to fit my tart tin and I couldn’t find some of the ingredients here in South Africa.
